While I stand here on the shore,
I see white sails spread to the morning breeze,
She goes out on her own,
Heading out for the open sea.

I watch her as she fades away,
Disappears with the rising sun.
A voice behind me says, "She's gone,"
But on the Other Side they shout "Here she comes!"

Tho' the white sails are borne on the wind,

She's with Jesus on the other side.
She's with Him and He's with me,
