ANSWERED PRAYERS
ANSWERED PRAYERS
Asia:
1. Joseph (3, of Adam and Mary Renewed) (PL 41:36 ): "Since the prayer request for him appeared in the Prayer List for hydrocele (accumulation of fluid in the scrotum) about two months ago, he has been completely healed. This is a miracle, as the doctor said that his condition could only be corrected by surgery."
2. Noelle (2, of Stevie and Ruthie) (PL 42:62): "Has had no new growths of cysts on her jaw since we sent in the prayer request. In fact, one of the cysts has completely disappeared!"
North America:
3. Philippe: Has totally recovered after being hit with a flare gun in the left eye.
Europe and Africa:
4. Patience Amor (19) (PL 44:60): Was diagnosed as having a developed stage of colitis, with ulcers spreading on her large intestine, but is now doing much better. Her intestines are working better, she feels stronger and will soon leave the hospital.
5. Sara: Her gall bladder operation was a success.
Pacific:
6. Michael (JETT, of Joy) (PL 43:69): After receiving the results of medical tests that were conducted on his chest because the bones were not growing properly, it seems nothing is seriously wrong, and the situation can be remedied by exercise.

PRAYER REQUESTS
CRITICAL OR LIFE-AND-DEATH SITUATIONS
8. Sammy (10, of Andrew and Lily), North America: For Sammy's fight against cancer. Following is an update which we just received, from a note from Andrew and Lily to Mama: "Sam was to undergo a bone marrow transplant this past week. We had been praying desperately that if it wasn't the Lord's will to do it, that He would stop it and make a way of escape. On May 2nd, the doctors informed us that the cancer that was in his central nervous system was not in remission as they had previously thought. This meant that if we were to proceed with the transplant he would only have about six months to live. Without the transplant and with continued chemotherapy, they gave him two months. Through prayer and prophecy, the Lord showed us not to do the transplant nor continue with the chemotherapy, as this was His way of escape from the medical system, so we could totally trust Him for Sam's healing. We talked to the doctors and they have released Sam into our care.
"The Lord has made so many promises regarding Sam's healing and we are very excited to see how the Lord is working things out. We received in prophecy several times that 'I do all things well.' We marvel at the Lord's protection from all the chemotherapy he received. The tests that they did to prepare for the transplant showed all his internal organs are fine, despite the chemo. PTL! Sam is happy and feeling very well. We got in prophecy that 'The heart of the Queen is at your side,' for which we are very thankful. Thanks again for all your prayers, love, encouragement and for always being there."
9. Jonathan (4, of Simon [CRO] and Mary), North America: Jonathan has been diagnosed as having leukemia, and after prayer and seeking the Lord for guidance, he is now undergoing treatment. That Jonathan will be miraculously and completely healed; for strength and grace as he goes through the treatment; for Simon and Mary, for their faith, comfort and encouragement during this trying time. Simon recently wrote: "Mary and I really appreciate all of your prayers for our son Jonathan, as they are certainly working tremendous miracles and he is doing excellent because of prayer. It is certainly a testimony to the Lord's healing power. Except for the minute amount of hair that he has on his head, because of his treatment, you would really not know that he has leukemia as he is so active and energetic, and just full of life and the Lord's love!"
10. Mercy (of Bill), North America: Cervical cancer. For her complete healing, wisdom in decisions regarding further treatment, and also that the Lord will greatly encourage and strengthen Mercy, Bill and their children at this time.
11. Sara (of David), Europe: For full recovery after her operation to remove cervical cancer. That the operation will be confirmed successful and that no radiotherapy or chemotherapy follow-up will be needed. Against the "incurable" degenerative nerve disease which was brought on by the cancer.
12. Melissa (8, of Michael and Michelle), Europe: Diagnosed with a blood disease called aplastic anemia. This disease has affected her bone marrow so that it does not produce the necessary red and white blood corpuscles. She is hospitalized and is receiving injections of bone marrow. Please pray specifically that her bone marrow will start producing new blood cells again. Pray for comfort and faith for Melissa, and that she will be protected against any secondary illnesses. Also for strength and grace for Michael and Michelle, and wisdom regarding all the medical decisions they must make.

Please pray for the Lord's protection on each box, and that every shipment will get safely and speedily to its destination. That the Mideast shipment, now missing for over a year and worth $1,500, will still be found. 65. Meekness (of Martin): "She had made good progress in recovery since her operation last July for gastric cancer. However, her latest checkup has produced results that may indicate she has some recurrent cancer.
