Dear Family,
GBY! WLY & pray these regular Prayer Lists have been a blessing to you, as they certainly have to all the recipients of your prayers! PTL!
There have been so many urgent & timely prayer requests lately that we felt it would be best to get them to you as soon as possible, so when we put together the following Prayer List, we were not able to give your CROs much time to compile their contributions. In some cases, this may mean they weren't able to include a prayer request you've sent in. We're sorry if your request doesn't appear in the Prayer List below, but we'll include it on the next regular Prayer List, D.V.! (--And you can also put it on your local prayer list.) Meanwhile, we know the Lord undoubtedly has you on His Heavenly list! "The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, & His ears are open unto their cry."--Psa.34:15.
If you haven't received the answer to your prayer request yet, keep praying! "Let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."--Gal.6:9. Sometimes we have to "pray, pray & pray again," as Mama recently instructed us. Dad emphasises this too in his "Keynote Prayer for the Fast": "Teach our Family, Lord, to really unite in Thy Spirit as they unite in love & prayer & give more of their time to Thee, looking more to Thee, Jesus, the Author & Finisher of our faith! Help them to learn how to depend on You, Jesus, & expect You to answer their prayers. Prayer works because You work when we pray! Thank You Lord! We cannot work without it, Lord, without looking to Thee, listening to Thee & following Thy guidance, & then we'll succeed, doing Thy Will. If we stir ourselves, then You're stirred to answer. Show them what You can do, Lord, as they give You a chance & pray & look to You & expect great & mighty things!" (ML #2757:25, 13, 15, 27)
Mama recently commented, "I think the Lord is using physical afflictions with our Family right now to help us learn to have more faith, to struggle & fight for our healing in preparation for struggling & fighting in other areas & having faith for other kinds of miracles in the future. If we fight for our healing & see the Lord's supernatural intervention in our lives & the lives of others, we'll have more faith in the future--not only for healing but for other miracles that we'll need as well!"
Amen? God's still on the throne & prayer changes things! WLY!

MAKING PRAYER TIME A HAPPY TIME FOR OUR KIDS!

I'm so glad that our kids have learned to like to pray, to look forward to praying & to count it a special privilege. I'm glad that prayer time is a happy time for them, that they often look upon their prayer vigils as "fun times." How wonderful to be able to say that about their communication with the Lord!--That it's a time they look forward to & it's often even fun, something that is exciting for them, challenging for them, something they like to do that they feel is worthwhile, that they enjoy. It's a time when they can feel they're an important part of the Family, doing their part to battle in the Spirit for victories over afflictions & enemies & a multitude of other problems!
I'm so thankful that David & Techi are cultivating prayer vigil time as a habit, something that they look forward to every day. They know that it's an essential part of their ministry for the Lord. It's getting to be a real happy habit!
I'm all for anything we can do to make prayer appealing to our kids & make them want to pray, whatever motivation we can give them: Emphasising to them how important their prayers are; sharing with them testimonies of answered prayers; teaching them new ways to pray to keep things challenging & varied, etc.
I think any way our kids want to pray, any method that will make them happy, any place where they will be comfortable, & any time when they're not tired or thinking about their next meal is the way to do it.--Whether they want to sit in a comfy chair, lie down on a comfortable bed, kneel on cushions beside their bed, or lie down on a mattress under the stars. Too many long prayers will turn them off. Too much discomfort will turn them off. I think we should do everything we can to make prayer interesting, exciting, challenging, comfortable & happy!
We have to do enough fighting & battling in the Spirit in prayer without fighting & battling physical discomfort as well. If we can make our physical conditions comfortable & convenient, it makes it easier to fight the battles in the Spirit! So please, let's make prayer time a happy time!

ANSWERED PRAYERS: For All (OCs & under with guidance)
(Some of the prayer requests which were answered below were not mentioned in past Prayer Lists, but were prayed for locally. We've included them here for your encouragement, & to glorify the Lord for His marvellous faithfulness in answering prayer!)
(Worldwide:)
1. The Lord's protection for Dad! (From Mama:) Dad had a fall the other day as he was getting off a platform. Something startled him, & he lost his balance & fell off the platform. But fortunately & miraculously, he slid down to the ground more than actually falling. The Lord had His Angels underneath to make it an easy fall. So our prayers worldwide for Dad that he won't fall, or that if he does, he won't get hurt, really have been answered! (See PL 8:85.) Dad himself said over & over, "It could have been really bad!" But instead he wasn't hurt at all, had no bruises or even soreness. Thank You Jesus! I guess the Lord lets these things happen once in a while to show us what He is protecting Dad from, & that "though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord upholdeth him with His hand" by the precious, precious prayers of our Family. Praise the Lord!
(North America:)
2. New housing in some of America's largest cities, including a beautiful house on 10 acres, with swimming pool, tennis court, guest house, mobile home, etc.! The Lord also supplied free living room furniture, refrigerators, dining room tables & chairs, kitchen supplies, & 100 rooms worth of top-quality carpet from a 5-star hotel. Also, new housing found in other parts of the U.S. & Mexico. (PL 7:149)
3. Elaina (5-&-1/2) of Joseph & Meekness (PL 8:41) has made amazing progress since her prayer of deliverance! Virtually autistic & hyperactive before, she's now very calm & peaceful, smiles, expresses emotions, helps the younger children, is partly potty trained & is learning to express herself. She's like a new girl, & is a wonderful testimony to God's power & the effectiveness of prayer! TYJ!
4. Miami miracles! The Miami Family are all fine in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew, which killed a number of people, left hundreds of thousands homeless, & caused over $20 billion damage! Their Home was virtually untouched, while only a few blocks away the area was devastated. The edge of Hurricane Andrew just missed them! They were also some of the first ones to get electricity restored, & when they asked a utilities crew about it, they replied, "Someone told us to start on this street!"
Immediately after the storm, our teen team went to a couple of shelters. To one they took food. At another where they volunteered to help, they were immediately deputised & were given the complete run of things. They ran the kitchen & the registering of people, while the police & National Guard escorted the brethren around to make food pick-ups & distribution, etc. The first nights, they went bed to bed in the shelter before people went to sleep & prayed with almost every single person (200) to receive Jesus! The teens have put Posters on the walls of the shelter for decoration & a witness, & even put up a prayer request chart. There have already been 3 miraculous answers to prayer marked on the chart! In one instance, they prayed for the healing of a man who was about to have surgery for the removal of his eye, & the Lord completely healed him so that he no longer needs surgery!
They are not only witnessing to the homeless & people who come daily for food from outside, distributing thousands of Posters to them, but they've also had quite a ministry with the National Guard, Red Cross volunteers, doctors & others. Two of the girls even jumped onto the back of an army truck with ten big, burly armed soldiers around them & asked them all if they wanted to receive Jesus.--And they all prayed together & humbly received the Lord! One National Guardsman called them "Angels of Mercy" & "Florence Nightingales!" They've also been nicknamed the "Encouragers."
5. Louisiana follow-up: In the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew, the Louisiana "hurricane team" met an Episcopal preacher who said, "We have been taking care of these people's physical needs, but you people have come to take care of their spiritual needs--this is what we've missed!" They have been singing & witnessing non-stop, people are weeping & very receptive, & they are getting out stacks of Posters!
6. The Lord's protection during Hurricane Iniki: In the aftermath of Hurricane Iniki, the Hawaiian Family is fine, thank the Lord! Their house suffered absolutely no damage, since the Lord miraculously steered the hurricane's eye away from their island. They sent a team with food & Posters to an area which was more heavily hit. They also received free airline tickets to the devastated Island of Kauai where they set up a witnessing base to reach the needy & homeless.
7. Sunshine Stable (PL 7:142): Right after PL 7 was published, her test results were normal, confirming her complete healing of low blood sugar, & she also became pregnant!
8. Philip Testimony (PL 8:146), completely healed of severe allergy.
9. Oliver (10) of Renata (PL 7:147), gaining spiritual victories & making progress!
10. Twins Tina & Lizzy (5) & Catherine (10 months) of Silas & Lily Martyr (PL 7:144) are completely healed of ear infections, & Michael (2) has totally recovered from asthma, with no recurrences!
11. Joy (17) (PL 8:150) Complete healing of cysts on ovaries.
12. Timmy (5) of Luke & Ava, (PL 4:31) Rheumatoid arthritis has much improved & he's walking better & swimming daily. He's very happy, inspired & fighting, & his appetite has greatly improved.
13. Andres (6) of Gabriel & Meekness (PL 7:137): Damaged eye is getting stronger, not as crossed, & his reading is really improving.
14. Rose of Jay (PL 8:145) has had no more severe asthma attacks, & even the threatened light attacks are less frequent. She is growing in her spiritual life, is a tremendous blessing & being freed from fear.
15. Ted (Big Josh) (PL 8:147): His back & legs are much better, he's losing weight, & being a real blessing witnessing & DFing daily.
16. Martin (4 months) of Sharon (Bathrabbim) & Abe, (PL 8:149), born premature, is very alert, smiling & attentive & progressing as a normal, happy baby, & is gaining weight too.

17. Founder of "Shining Path" guerilla group in Peru captured, along with 7 other leaders of the group! (PL 8:162)
18. Mercy (of Martin) (PL 8:169) is being a blessing, a happy helper & inspired witnesser in her new Home.
19. Lynn (PL 8:165): The day we received PL 8, Lynn was having swelling in her feet, which has since miraculously subsided. She's now enjoying good get-out.
20. Spanish & Portuguese LIM Translations (PL 7:156): More & faster production due to the help of field translators!
(Europe:)
21. Prophecy fulfilled during Murmansk trip: One of our road teams visited Murmansk & was able to board many of the boats to witness to the sailors as well as witness on a local radio show. The team also met & prayed with a local dancing troupe, which seemed like a fulfilment of Dad's dream about Murmansk, where he met a sweet Russian dancing girl! (See ML #1447, "A Millennial Dream Trip!")
22. Olympic outreach!: Our witnessing teams that hit the Barcelona Olympics were able to distribute 35,000 Posters, 37,000 GP Statements (25,000 in Spanish & 12,000 in English), & 86 souls were saved! One of our Barcelona lawyers got a Poster & a Statement from one of our teens on outreach, & said he was very favourably impressed by our love & conviction.
23. Russian & East European Summer Babes' Ranches a success! (PL 8:181) Several attendees testified, "I've learned more during these last two weeks than I have in my whole life!" Sixteen of them have expressed the desire to serve the Lord fulltime--several of these have already moved in, while others are still finalising arrangements with their parents & former obligations!
24. Housing in Poland found! (PL 7:188) The Lord supplied a beautiful new house in one of the most potential cities & is helping the brethren to find other very needed locations!
25. Russia (PL 7:187): The Lord provided a very needed Babes' Home--a real miracle, as 4-room apartments are quite rare, particularly for the price we could afford to pay! Another major shipment of Posters arrived speedily & without any problems & will soon be shipped to all the Russian Homes for distribution. More anointed proofreaders--the Lord has raised up several of our new Catacombers & potential disciples & they are helping to carry the load of proofreading the backlog of Russian translations!
26. Peter Fish's (of Paula) back is doing better! (PL 8:185) A few weeks ago he could hardly get out of bed & could barely walk, but as a result of the Family's prayers he is doing much better.
27. First Russian/East European GP tapes produced! (PL 8:186) A total of nine tapes in five languages were recorded in Eastern Europe--some in makeshift studios consisting of little more than cardboard & blankets! God bless the brethren who have worked so diligently in producing some very anointed recordings which we know will really help reach the hungry people in these many countries!
28. Anna (5), daughter of James & Glory with Down's syndrome (PL 7:198), has made tremendous progress! She now understands two languages, is learning a third one & has started to speak & express herself in all three! She formulates short two-word sentences & can make herself understood much better. Her coordination has also progressed & she is learning to read! She can also concentrate much better & is completely potty trained in the daytime.

29. Chinese Becky (PL 5:63) & her 3 children were able to leave China after almost 6 years, & are staying in a Family Home for the first time! She & her children are thrilled to see the Word she's read from our pubs come to life in the Family, & she was a shining example of faith, endurance & courage in the face of great persecution & hardship while in China.
30. The concerts in Japan (PL 8:117) were really powerful & the audiences were very receptive. Quite a few of the audience mentioned that they were expecting a small singing group, similar to what you'd see for a Christmas show or the like. They were awed at how professional our team was! And the same team on the road throughout the Summer was a tremendous witness to the youth of this needy country! PTL!
31. Lawyer Ivan (PL 8:116) has recovered from an attack of flu & is well & healthy.

32. Thai Elections & DF Friends: (PL 7:107) It seems like the recent elections will usher in a stable government. None of our DF friends & contacts have been too affected, & in fact we're able to reach even more people than before!
33. Kanti: Family king in India (PL 7:123), learning many beautiful lessons, & very thankful for the prayers of our worldwide Family. He sent a beautiful letter, saying, "It meant everything to me that the Lord had heard my prayers through you & that you were praying for me. These prayers were heartfelt & they were heard right up to the Heavens for the Lord to listen. Many sincere thanks from His child."
34. Stevie (4) of Jonathan & Dawn: Happy, healthy & completely healed from his former weakness. (PL 7:125)
35. Henry, Family king, now hungrier for the Word, more inspired & doing much better. (PL 8:132)
36. Pakistan Homes: The Lord has provided new water filter purification systems. (PL 8:119)

PRAYER REQUESTS:
DAD & MAMA: For All (OCs & under with guidance)
37. For Dad & Mama's security & safekeeping.
38. Dad's sleep, both at night & during naps, is still being frequently disturbed by violent coughing/choking spells which wake both him & Mama from sleep, & make it difficult for them to get sufficient rest.
39. That Dad's sleep will be sweet & undisturbed by noise or bad dreams.
40. Dad's overall strength & against the Enemy's attacks on his health.
41. Dad's eyes, that they will continue to be strong & problem-free.
42. That Dad will be able to get enough exercise, & that he won't slip & break any bones. Continued safety & protection against accidents.
43. Mama's eyes, & that the Lord will miraculously keep her from headaches.
44. David & Techi are progressing & happy, continuing to learn many lessons. Please pray for further victories & progress.
45. Dad & Mama's Staff, who play such an important part in their ministry by their physical care, which allows Dad & Mama the time to do what only they can do. For more help, as they're short-staffed.
WORLDWIDE: For All (OCs & under with guidance)
46. The strength, good health & protection of our pregnant mothers; that they will be on guard against the attacks of the Enemy & be desperate for the Lord's protection; that our mommies will receive the good care they need & take care of their diet & health; also that they will learn to exercise their faith muscles as far as going to the Lord & prayer for any complications that arise. For the Lord to supply friendly, favourable doctors, clinics & midwives for their care & deliveries. Against fear, as well as problems or complications.
47. Against the effects of menopause on our women, which often occurs between the ages of 45 & 55, & can result in symptoms such as hot flashes, migraine headaches, night sweats, insomnia, mood swings, weight gain, etc. Mama said, "Just like the Lord made the Hebrew women stronger than the Egyptian women, & just like He has kept us so much stronger in our childbearing than the System, I think He can certainly minimise the effects of menopause in our women & help us through this victoriously!"
48. Reading difficulties: For strengthening & healing of children & adults with eye problems or other reading difficulties, as our ability to read the Word is such an important part of our life!
49. For Creations & their work on legal defence literature, as well as a major pubs push during the next 2 months.
50. For writer at Creations: One of the main writers working on the GP Statements has had heart problems & continues to suffer occasional chest pains & shortness of breath. He is much stronger now & appreciates your prayers that the Lord will restore him to full health & give him strength to continue his important projects.
51. For our GP Statements, that "His Word will not return void," but that it will "prosper in the thing whereto" we send it (Isa.55:11), & bear much fruit in the hearts & lives of the recipients. That each recipient will be positively influenced or affected for good by the Word within these Statements. That our Family Members will have the time to read & absorb them.
52. The persecution story for children, "Victory in Babylon." That the Lord will anoint those working on it & give them wisdom in presenting the concept of persecution to our children.
53. For the IVM, as they compile & edit footage from our Family around the World to produce vitally needed PR videos, to give the System a better idea of all we're doing for others. For the protection of the footage, wisdom in compiling & editing it, & that there will be no technical problems. For the miraculous protection of the IVM equipment & personnel, in spite of our enemies' threats.
54. That the Lord will "open a door that no man can shut" so we can get all the photos & videos & documented material that we will need from our efforts in our "Consider the Poor" ministries.
55. The finalising, duping & distribution of "New Worlds," the Teen Inspiration Video, that the Lord will anoint us to get out this meaty message, & that it will be a mighty witness of the Lord's Spirit & Message to all who see it!
56. Children's DO Video Series filming. For the equipment, anointed script-writing, simplicity & inspired, Spirit-filled productions!
57. Christmas outreach, that we will be able to share the true meaning of Christmas with as many as possible through our personal witnessing, letters, follow-up, shows & music, caroling, Posters, Tapes & Videos, going out into the highways & hedges to bring others into the Kingdom, so that they too may know Him, "Whom to know is life eternal!"
58. New disciples, their care, & wisdom in ministering to their parents & relatives.
59. Our JETTs' & teens' spiritual progress & witnessing, specifically for the following:
More anointed shepherding & care, needed inspiration & discipleship training for our upcoming JETTs & teens.
For more teen & JETT Shepherds with a heart for them, who will lay down their lives for them & make the sacrifices that are required to help them through their learning & growing times.
For the adults to have a continued vision for their teens' & JETTs' training.
That our teens will be well-shepherded when out witnessing, & well-prepared for the battles & spiritual attacks they will face.
That our teens will have honest communication with their Shepherds about any doubts, questions or battles that arise as a result of their witnessing. For the Shepherds to have wisdom, love & conviction.
Against a desire to be "conformed to this World" in attitudes or thought patterns; that the attraction to those who do not have similar goals in life will not be a pull on our teens.
That our teens & JETTs will grow stronger in the Word & be able to proclaim the Truth with whole-hearted conviction when System teens & young people ask them questions or challenge their lifestyle, beliefs, etc.
That the Lord will bless their witnessing, give them a broken heart & burden for the lost, reward them with thrilling experiences, & encourage them by causing them to bring forth fruit--saved souls & new disciples!
60. Witnessing teams: Ways to get out more witnessing teams daily.
61. Seminars: To truly change the lives of those attending & win kings & supporters. For the Lord's anointing on the teams giving the Seminars.
62. Ministry to kings, supporters & contacts, their personal growth, & the Lord's blessing in their lives & businesses.
63. Family friends, two of whom will be making trips soon to visit Homes in several countries. For safe, inspiring, fruitful trips.
64. For an upcoming book being written about the Family, that it will be what the Lord wants it to be.
65. Good PR with neighbours; that we'll take the time to minister to them & win their favour.
66. Finances. Many Homes have been weak in follow-up & have few supporters. Because of their difficulty in finding the balance between "souls & sales" in their witnessing, & going to the opposite extreme in not getting out very many Videos & tools, they've been going through considerable financial difficulties. For the Lord's balance & supply.
67. Provisioning: Miraculous leading & supply, follow-up & organisation; that our contacts will be richly blessed for their giving.
68. For a large inheritance that is supposed to be coming through at the end of the year, that there will be no problems & difficulties involved. Against any attempts of the Enemy to thwart the rightful owner getting it.
69. Home Shepherding Teamworks. For united, loving, prayerful, Word-based Teamworking & Shepherding of the Homes; against the Devil's device of disunity. A smooth transition for leadership changes & new Teamworks.
70. For those helping to fight legal or media battles, whether directly or by reading the false allegations of our enemies & preparing replies, writing affidavits, facing negative publicity, etc.; that they will not be weakened or adversely affected in any way, but rather that they will be strengthened by God's Word & "kept by the power of God through faith."--1Pet.1:5.
71. The publishing of our Message in Australia, Japan, Argentina & other areas where we're being attacked; for a real breakthrough, so we can get out the Lord's Message via favourable media coverage & win people to Him in spite of all the ridiculous allegations of our enemies! That the Lord will use our legal battles & media wars for a testimony; that He will touch hearts & draw people to Himself, & that His sheep will indeed hear His voice & follow. For continued favourable contacts with reporters & media men who can help us, & for love & wisdom in ministering to them.
72. That the Lord will open the door to get out our message among any like-minded persecuted groups around the World, winning friends & supporters.
73. That the Lord will confound, expose & defeat all our enemies, who've marshalled their forces to attack the Family worldwide, wherever they think they can find a weakness. Although they never succeed, it takes a lot of the Lord's time, energy & personnel to fight their ridiculous accusations & trumped-up charges, time that could have been devoted to reaching & winning the lost! "Woe unto them that rise against thee, & woe to the tongues that rise against thee! They shall be devoured!" (MOP 141:2) (See GN 451 for a compilation of Dad's prayers against our enemies, as well as a set of Bible verses compiled by Mama--powerful promises to appropriate in this spiritual battle!)
74. Please pray specifically against the following backsliders who have turned into active enemies, as well as other enemies & organisations: Deborah & Bill Davis; Mene; Watchman & his brother John; Bithia; Valerie; Vivian; Rebecca Bolivar & daughter Miriam; Marie Christine & Ian Haworth; the Zees; Pearl's mother; Dr. Jack Richard & Madame Berger (ADFI, anti-cult organisation in France); Dorota Abramovich (active in Poland); Mr. Silleta, reporter, & Mr. Baamonde, psychologist (Argentina); Mr. Andrade, anti-cultist (Brazil); Humberto Lagos, religious advisor to the government (Chile); the local D.A. & enemies in Barcelona (charging the Family with the ridiculous charge of "fraud" for provisioning, calling for prison sentences of 15-23 years); militant enemies in the EE (trying to turn parents, contacts & friends against us); Shukan Bunshun magazine (Japan, Mr. Hanada, editor & Mr. Oda, writer).

76. For information about what's going on behind the scenes in all our media battles & legal conflicts, & that we can find out this kind of information about our enemies & their plans, so we can expose them.
77. Funds for areas where we're battling court cases or fighting media wars, that the Lord will lay it upon the hearts of people who sympathise with our cause to support us, & help the Homes involved in extensive legal or media battles. Also, boldness to ask for the help of others in meeting our needs.
78. Persecution preparations: Spiritual & physical strength, supply & wisdom, media teams & spokespersons, teens, JETTs & children being ready for possible raids or questioning, Home samples, friends, contacts & lawyers.
79. Security, wisdom & conviction: For all of us to be very security-minded with phones, trips out, papers, computers & files, etc., & that we'll be very wise in speech, as we may be called upon to stand up for our convictions in facing accusations that may come our way, even individually while out witnessing.
80. Upcoming "criminal" case in Barcelona, where our enemies are making outlandish allegations, charging the Family with fraud for our provisioning, & calling for prison sentences of 15-23 years. Our lawyers are busy preparing our defense, paperwork & witnesses now, & the actual trial may begin around the first of the year. 81. Argentina court cases & media battle! Two Homes in Argentina were recently raided by the police. In one city they are accusing us of selling materials illegally & of operating a religious group without a license, as well as attacking our Home Schooling. In the other, authorities are only upset about our Home Schooling, although there have been all sorts of outlandish claims: That we hypnotise people, put subliminal messages on our tapes, that our children are "too good," & that we don't allow them to play in the streets or fight with other children! The brethren are no longer under house arrest, but could use your prayers for:

That these investigations will come to a close quickly & the Homes will be fully exonerated.

Court case in England: Most of the legal action so far has been in the submitting of affidavits & evidence to the judge, & the actual court dates are still a few months away, most likely in January. Still, there are important hearings & deadlines before then, & our enemies are slandering & attacking us in every way possible, trying to turn the judge, authorities & public against us, so we would appreciate your continued desperate prayers for the following:
Please pray for our main lawyer, that he will have the strength & wisdom he needs to continue with our case, considering the shortness of time & the consequent pressure of preparing everything that needs to be submitted to court by the two-month deadline. Please pray for his health, as he often gets bad headaches from working the long hours necessary to cover all aspects of our case. Please also pray that he will accept the real Jesus (not the one portrayed by the churches), as he became disillusioned with Christianity many years ago & took up Buddhism. Please also pray that if anything is hindering him from his past, that he will be delivered from it.
For a close link with our QC, that her personal conviction for our case will grow & that we can have the time we need to talk with her.

83. Our lawyers' anointing, inspiration & strength, because many of them are giving their all by working long hours or staying up all night to prepare our cases or legal paperwork on our behalf. That they will get the rest they need, stay in good health, have sufficient time with their families, & positive input from the Word! Also for the Salvation of any who are not already saved, & that our Family Members will be faithful to feed & minister to them.

The Devil is really fighting these men with all kinds of difficulties & personal problems, & at times tempting them to feel it's not worth it, & that their service to the Lord in defending His children doesn't pay. (It's so important that we feed our lawyers spiritually, who are virtually wallowing in the Devil's muck & mire & garbage day after day, having to examine it & evaluate it & critique it to try to defend us! They often do it in their own strength or in the arm of the flesh, not realising that they could take the Word & use that as the best defence of all. It's up to us to help them to realise the importance of the Word by feeding them more & demonstrating how powerful the Word is & helping them to make going to the Word a habit. Of all our friends, these lawyers who are defending us need the Word the most.
(It's absolutely miraculous how our lawyers have managed to survive & still love us & what we stand for, in spite of often hearing much more of the Devil's hellish garbage than they've heard of our Heaven & of our good. But it's very critical that we feed them, crucial that we minister to them at every chance. I know it's hard, they're often not available for spiritual feeding, but we've just got to do it somehow & we've got to keep trying. We've got to at least be sure to pray for them daily, without fail. You can send them little quotes & verses, or give them short Letters or condos to read. Just sitting down with them & reading a few paragraphs with them will do them a world of good. Or writing out pertinent quotes to pass to them in the courtroom while they're defending us can really help them too, as the Family's discovered. God's Word is powerful! Let's do whatever we can to feed it to them. Even if they're only able to get just a little bit, the Lord can multiply it like He multiplied the loaves & fishes, & make it miraculously nourishing to them. Even if there is only a little tiny bit of grain, He can expand it & make it go much further than we could even dream!
(They're getting plenty of powerful dosages of the Devil's lies & dirt, so we need to give them God's Truth & the good grain of His Word, which is much more powerful! We need to really give it to them, & give it to them & give it to them again, & not stop! Faith in the Lord (& in us) comes by hearing the Word. We need to faithfully pray for them & intercede with the Lord for them, because of all people I would say they need it the most. They can't help but be affected by the Devil's garbage. They've got it coming & going, almost everywhere they turn. And because they are fighting with us & for us against the forces of the Enemy, then we can expect that the Enemy will hit them back very hard. So let's please keep them in our prayers! And let's remember to also pray for the ones who are ministering to them, that they will be able to do as much as they should for them!)

For Lamb's case, which the Community Services has appealed, as well as her divorce & guardianship settlement with Michael, her backslidden ex-mate.
That our group cases can get moved from the Family Courts to the Higher Courts at the proper time, which will put the emphasis where it belongs, on the issue of religious persecution! That Legal Aid will be willing to pay for this appeal to a higher court, whether it's granted or not.

"He hath not chosen Me, but I have chosen him & ordained him, that he should go & bring forth fruit, & that his fruit should remain, & that by his words & by his defense, with My anointing, thy fruit shall remain." "What I have put together, let not Man put asunder. Therefore, nourish him with My Word. Strengthen him with prayer." "Pray desperately for him, for he has a mighty task! Lift up your hands & pray for him, for there are many forces of the Devil fighting against him.... Legal (financial) Aid to be approved, so that our adults will receive the legal assistance needed in our cases, which is their right, so we can have fair representation.
For the judges presiding over our cases, that they will be attentive, unbiased, open-minded & able to judge righteous judgement.
For our lawyers in their court proceedings, that the Lord will give them the best tactics & ways to handle the opposition, who have started with their witnesses first; that the Lord will really anoint them to completely expose all of the lies & false allegations against us.
For all those attending the court proceedings during these next months; their strength, wisdom & protection, especially the children; that, if they have to attend, none of the lies & false allegations will affect them in any way, but that they will be able to see for themselves how vicious our enemies are & that they will continue to grow & mature in spirit to become real fighters, to see how real the war is between the forces of God & the forces of the Enemy.

For our smaller children, that the Lord will continue to overcome any nightmares & fears that they have as a result of the raids & CSV visits, that they can have the grace when the social workers do visit to be good samples in spite of it, & for the Lord to take away their fear of being taken from their parents again.
For our supporters & provisioning contacts, that those who are staying strong will continue to do so, & those who will be asked to testify in our behalf will have the conviction & the wherewithal to be able to do it without fear of reprisals. That those who have been intimidated by the police will overcome their fears.

New contacts say we are too controversial, & with the ongoing recession it's hard to find people willing to give.--Plus our personnel are so very busy, it's hard to get out & meet new contacts or follow up on old ones.

For David Millikan, that the Lord continues to protect him & draw him closer; that the Lord will continue to help him absorb more of the Word.

That the Lord continues to open doors with the media to show the true picture of the Family. That our contacts in the media will remain favourable, & our friends will be able to continue to help us.
For our Japanese hosts who were attacked quite a lot during the media storm & have been real fighters; for their continued strength, conviction & encouragement, & that of their granddaughter also.
That the major landowner in the School area will have a change of heart, as he's leaning towards taking the HCS' Rainbow Park property away from us.
That our HCS neighbours can be won back after the bad publicity, & they will assume we are innocent until proven guilty, rather than guilty until proven innocent.
That the Japanese police will be fair & favourable towards us, & that they will not pursue a serious investigation against us, or raid any of our Homes.
Relations with the police: That the Lord would do whatever is necessary to either change a belligerent local policeman's attitude towards us, or that He does something to pacify him or get him transferred. Also for good relations with his superiors in the local police.
For our office & SC operation, in light of Shukan Bunshun's attempts to prod the authorities to take action against us, & some enemies' knowledge of our inside workings.

Political situation in Brazil: For the Lord's Will in regard to the present political corruption scandal involving the President of Brazil, Fernando Collor, & that political stability will continue so as not to adversely affect the country's economy; that the Lord's choice of government would take over in his stead. 119. Cynthia: Large goiter (enlarged thyroid gland) on her neck, which makes swallowing uncomfortable & hinders her service for the Lord.
120. Timothy (5) of Daniel & Marie: Difficulty in coordinating his eye muscles, & has what is called a "lazy eye." An operation is recommended unless his eyes improve. For a complete straightening out of his eyes, so that they permanently return to their normal positions.

EA John (TJ): That he continues to make progress in gaining greater victories in the various weak areas of his life; that he can overcome any influence from his time of working with Watchman, such as coolness, drawing people to himself, foolishness, & selfishness. Also against familiarity with the Lord & others, & that he can fight discouragement & a lethargic spirit.
122. Peter (ex-mate of Ava), TSer & close friend of the Family, who works for a news network & is presently assigned to cover the civil war in Sarajevo. For his health, protection & safe return when his mission is accomplished.
123. Against French Michael, backslidden husband of Dove, who is threatening legal action to get his children back. He's thought to be in collusion with enemies Jacobus, Paul Michael, & possibly others.
124. Home Schooling in Scandinavia: The Lord answered prayer & the reporter did a favourable article, which helped to improve relations in the community & neighborhood. For the school board to rule in their favor.

Russia: Safe & suitable housing for pioneer teams, with good phones. / For new disciples who've just joined, catacombers who have known us for more than a year. / Wisdom in dealing with the antagonistic mother of a catacomber who is trying to stir up trouble against the Family. / For catacomber Tanya, who was hit by a car & went into a coma after an operation.
126. Recording of first Russian Children's tape: For the anointing of a group of professional children's singers whom the Lord has raised up to sing on this Family tape. Also for the organisation & supply of the proper recording facilities, & for the brethren who will be working together with these children & their director.

There've also been frequent lengthy power cuts, which makes our work difficult. / Persecution preparation, as there have been negative news articles & TV programs in several EE countries, with a growing anti-sect movement & attempts by churchy enemies to turn the public as well as parents of new disciples against us.

The following prophecy was received for him: "Though the flame be nearly clean gone, yet has not My mercy departed from him; for the Book is not yet closed & the bell has not yet rung, nor has the flame been extremely extinguished. Even now he is in the valley of decision, but the bowels of My mercy are open to him. For he is a wayward son whom I have dearly & deeply loved & have kept all these years, & even now does My heart break for him & even now do I weep for him & even now do I extend My mercy upon mercy to him. But he is a stray one & a rebellious one, & he alone can make the decision. He alone can once again put his name at the bottom of a blank piece of paper & sign the book for Me to fill in according to My Will & according to My conditions, which will cost him more than ever before. For the price that he was unwilling to pay before shall more than double now. If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself & take up his cross daily & follow Me; for whosoever will try to save his life shall lose it, but whosoever shall forsake all & lose his life entirely for Me, shall gain everything.
"These things have happened unto him for an ensample, & are written for our admonition, upon whom the end of the World shall come. Be ye followers of Me, for they that follow Me should also serve Me; for no man can serve two masters, for you will either hate the one & despise the other, or love the one & hold to the other--you cannot serve God & self. For God resisteth the proud & giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God & He will exalt you in due time."
133. Michael, a paraplegic friend of the Family, who has been in a wheelchair for the last several years & only has the use of one of his hands. Despite his handicaps, he gets out & witnesses almost every day, distributes Posters, & has a real desire to reach the lost & win souls & disciples. For his health, strength, encouragement & continued witness!
134. Chinese Becky & her children, that they will not have to return to China, & that the Lord will work out a good visa in their present situation. See Answered Prayer #29.
135. Japanese Teresa of Elijah, that she can have a normal birth, & find a doctor who will give her reasonable counsel about some possible complications.
136. Baby Brunella of EAs Miguel & Cherish, who was born 2 months premature & is in an incubator. That the Lord will continue to do miracles, & she will gain weight quickly so that she can go home to be with her parents.
137. EA Byron: That the tumour on his arm can be removed with no complications & will cause no further problems.
138. French Praise, whose baby was stillborn; for her strength, health, positiveness & deliverance from any fears.
139. For a close friend of the Family going through big battles who needs extra prayer.
140. Simon Setfree: For a lasting victory over a longstanding problem with desire for leadership & being "in on things," which stems from pride, comparing, jealousy, & a lack of faith & trust & yielding to the Lord's Will.
141. Newman (Japanese Johnny), for real breakthroughs & lasting victories against self-righteousness, criticalness, bitterness & a dullness of spirit which causes him to be insensitive to others around him.
142. JETT Abraham (of Aaron & Faithy), that he will have a real breakthrough in the Spirit & become stirred up & desperate to overcome longstanding weaknesses which have been hindering him.
143. Teen Nicky of Martin & Lily, to get the needed victories in his life to become a good solid disciple. To give up bitterness, worldliness, & establish a close connection with the Lord, since he is on a one-month last chance status right now. After his overshepherds wrote Nicky a letter challenging him to really change & become a disciple, & offering him one last chance to make it in the Family before he would have to leave, he responded with the following reaction:
"I'm really thankful that I'm getting another chance to try again to overcome the problems that I haven't gotten over. I was very thankful [for the letter] because it really pointed out the problems I've had & how I haven't been making progress, & the influence it's had on others.
"Another thing that really touched me was how they are really tuning in to me & have faith that I can make it. I guess I always had this thought of the PACRO Shepherds as some far-off position, & it was very encouraging how they took the time to write me & pray for me.
"I was very surprised that they knew so much & they could really see how I got off the track. It is really true, I know I have problems with everything they said in the letter.
"I'm really thankful for this correction & I do really want it. I really want to try with my whole heart. I know that it has to be the Lord, but it takes me being willing to let the Lord do it, & I believe He is doing it. I don't know how to say it, but I'm really thankful for the correction & I'm happy that I got it now. Love, Nicky"

149. Jewel (of Josiah), who has a pinched nerve in her back, causing severe back & leg pains, & an inability to control her bladder. For her complete healing, & that Josiah will be encouraged & "hold on."
150. Ministry to Mount Pinatubo volcano victims in the Philippines: Continued fruitfulness, open doors, supply & sponsorship in ministering to the tens of thousands of needy & spiritually hungry.
151. Nathan (of Leah): Full recovery from heart attack.
152. Tommy (5) of French John & Meekness: Serious behavioural problems.
153. Joanna C.: Epileptic seizures

After reading the prayer requests, it helped me to see how all the little afflictions that I sometimes murmur about aren't really any big thing. Instead of just daydreaming at quiet time, this helped me to see how I could use that time to pray for our Family in need instead of just thinking about myself. It was also very inspiring to hear all the answers to prayer & all the miracles that happened because we prayed. It helps me feel more a part of the Family worldwide.

The prophecies given on the importance of prayer really showed me how much our Family depends on prayer, especially at this time when we are praying for the Family in Australia who are experiencing persecution. It's a good reminder how important prayer is & not belittling our prayers or doing prayer vigil as a ritual, but to really stir ourselves up & do it with our whole heart!

One thing about persecution is that it's getting the whole Family more united, especially in prayer. We're thankful for these prayer requests as they're helping us all to fight together! When praying for the brethren in Australia, we got the words from Martin Luther's song, "One little Word shall fell him!" regarding our enemies, & it seemed to apply to the material WS is preparing. Lord help us to keep them in our prayers.

I was encouraged by the Prayer List because it showed me how I helped to heal the person, because I prayed for them. It also was a real surprise for me to see how many things the Lord can do by just our prayers for other people in our Family. I sometimes haven't felt prayer was important, but now I see that to the Lord, prayer is one of the most important things, so I want to make it a habit to be more alert to pray for more people in our Family & set a daily goal for myself--like praying for 10 people a day! Because if God can do that many miracles, why can't He do more? He just needs my prayers to help transport the answers to the people who need them. It helped me to get more desperate about praying for others.
