Dear Family,
         We love you and pray the Lord continues to bless and provide for each of you as you give your lives daily for Him and His sheep.
         We hope you were able to avail yourselves of last year's book giveaway, in which approximately 160,000 books were sent out to the Homes, to stock your Home libraries with titles you've been missing. As explained at the time, after the book giveaway expired, in order to save funds we started closing nearly all of our WS book storage facilities worldwide, and consolidating the remaining books into one storage. This storage is presently located in North America, since the US Service Center (USC) had one that was large enough as well as reasonably priced.
         From now on, all Homes wishing to order extra copies of WS books can do so via the US Service Center. We wish we could continue sending out the books for free, but we don't have sufficient funds to do so; therefore the USC will have to charge a minimal fee to cover the shipping and handling. We hope, though, that most Homes won't need to order books for quite some time, since hopefully you got well stocked up during the book giveaway when as many copies as each Home wanted were available for free.
         New Charter Homes which open that don't have a Home library can order a library from your CRO Office. They will send you as complete a library as they have available. There is a small stock left in each area for this purpose. However, these books that the CROs are holding will only be available to new Homes that don't have complete Home libraries, as if the CROs service additional orders they'll run out and won't have books on hand for Homes that are starting up. So if you have a copy of a certain book in your Home library already, and are interested in ordering extra copies of that title, please order them from the USC.
         Along with this notice you'll find an order form. There are three different order forms, with slightly different ordering procedures: One is for Homes in the continental US; one for FM Homes worldwide; one for CM Homes worldwide. Please use the appropriate form when sending in your order. Only those titles included on the order form are available (if a title is not on the form, it's because the stock has been depleted). Details on the difference between the forms are included below.

Prices and shipping cost
         In order to make the WS books more easily available to Homes on poorer fields, we came up with a two-tiered pricing system. The idea of this system is that the Homes in first world countries will help to subsidize the shipping cost for the poorer fields by paying a little extra. We broke it down to two zones, A and B. "Zone A" includes the following: All US territories including Alaska and Hawaii, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and all of Western Europe. All other countries not listed above fall under "Zone B."
         The 48 contiguous US States have a separate ordering form and price list. The reason for this is because the USC already has a shipping system worked out with the Homes in the US. Instead of using the US Mail service, the USC sends their orders by a package delivery service. We will also be asking the Homes in these 48 US states to pay a flat rate of $6.00 per book.
         FM Homes both in the US and internationally will have a different price for the newer books, as there is a printing cost price added to some of the titles. As explained before, this is because the Charter Homes already paid for the printing of the books through the funds raised on the two attack days last year, which FM Homes did not participate in.
         Not all books are available to FM Homes, thus there is a separate order form including those books which they may order.

Communications
         If you want to communicate with the USC via either e-mail or snail mail, all address info can be found on the order form. If you are communicating via e-mail, the USC has asked that you please send them your PGP or CPYWIN public key first, as they use these encryption programs and don't communicate via unencrypted e-mail, except to answer requests for their public key. If for some reason you are unable to encrypt your messages, please send your communications to the USC via your ABM. Thank you.

Insurance
         The $3.00 surcharge for insurance is optional. This would be a single price to cover any single order you make, regardless of size. You may want to consider having your order insured, as the Postal Services take better care of insured packages.
         Please do keep in mind that in the event of your order getting lost it may take some time for the full processing of seeking reimbursement to be complete. The US mail service doesn't let you file a claim until at least one month past the expected time of arrival. Please note that depending on your location a package may take approximately 2-3 months via surface mail and 1-2 months via airmail to reach you once the order has been filled and shipped. So please make sure that the address you send us will still be valid, taking into consideration the time needed for shipping the books to you.
         For Homes in the US (48 contiguous States) insurance is already factored into the cost per book.

Payment
         Please send your payment to the USC in US dollars only. Payment in the form of an international money order is preferred. (For Homes in Canada/US and its territories the USC asks that you only use Postal Money Orders. Thanks.) The address and name to send your order and payment to are printed on the ordering form. Cash is okay too. However, if you can only send cash please bear in mind that you will have no way of tracing it if it gets lost.
         All book orders are on a "cash and carry" basis only. This means that the USC will not be able to send you your order until they receive prior payment in full.

Other
         Although the majority of our books are brand new, there is a small stock of book titles that have been previously used. Though these used books are in pretty good condition we wanted to let you know in advance that not all our titles are brand new.
