New Christmas Tool: A Christmas to Remember!

Dear Family,
         We love you! God bless you for your faithfulness to "roll the gold," resulting in millions of people receiving the witness through the lit each year! Whatta Family!
         With this LNF we'd like to present you with an advance copy of an exciting new tool: A Christmas storybook titled A Christmas to Remember! As Peter mentioned in "Where We're Headed" (ML #3136, GN 746), which you probably received recently, or even in this same mailing, the Lord inspired Mama with the idea of getting some spirit stories for Christmas which would not only benefit our Family children, but the world!
         God bless our dear folks who received the stories (including someone on the field who sent one in, which helped spark the idea for a booklet of Christmas stories), as well as the editors who polished them, and the artists who did a great job of illustrating them--in full color, cover included! Although this advance copy of A Christmas to Remember is in black and white (since our NPCs don't print in color), the version that will be available for you to order soon from your Service Center will be in full color!
         Although the stories are geared primarily to children, we believe adults could find them fascinating as well, and they're great for families to read together at Christmas! We know it will be an exciting addition to your current collection of Christmas tools, and yet another vehicle to get out the message! This storybook purposely doesn't have a strong "religious" flavor to it, in order to make it more appealing to the general public in most countries. However, the Lord did pack a lot of message into the stories that He sent down from Heaven! There's also a brief salvation message at the end of the book.
         Dad has been very inspired about this project, and he's given quite a bit of counsel in prophecy on how to go about putting it together. We'd like to share with you one of the messages that he gave, which we're sure will help spark your enthusiasm to get out as many of these booklets as you can!

         (Dad speaking:) If there's one thing that I've always admired about you folks, my precious Family, it's that you're willing to try new things, to pioneer, to go out by faith. You're not stuck in a rut, because the Lord never lets us get in a rut about anything, does He? He's always giving us new revelations, new direction, new tools, new methods. That's what makes our lives so exciting and so full of inspiration! Of course, it's also difficult at times, and changes are always a little bit like death, but that's good for us because it helps keep us close to the Lord and more dependent on Him. It helps to keep us from leaning on the arm of the flesh and "the way we used to do it." So there are a lot of good reasons why the Lord is always interjecting new things and new factors into the equation, praise the Lord!
         I'm especially inspired about these new booklets, and this first Christmas booklet, for a number of reasons.--Not only because it's a change, a new tool, a new way of getting out the message, but also because it's a very good message that's going to speak to a lot of people's hearts at a time when they really need it and when they're more open and receptive to the Lord's Spirit. It's one of the few times--and for some folks, the only time--when they even stop for a few minutes to think about the Lord, or have some form of reminder about Him. So it's a perfect time to be able to reach them with the Lord's message in as many different forms as possible. That's why the Lord has given us so many different tools to give people the message with. We have tracts, posters, tapes, videos, and now books! Well, these are actually booklets, but it's a step in that direction--and a very inspiring step!
         I'm really excited about this Christmas booklet, and I think it's going to be a super witness! It may not go out in millions to the billions yet, but it's a wonderful tool that the Family can use to reach many people who might not get the message otherwise. People are going to sit down and read these stories with their children, or as a family, and it's going to have an effect and an impact on them in the spirit. Because these stories are straight from Heaven and they are inspired by the Lord, they have a certain spirit to them which isn't tangible, but it's there. They have a special anointing to be able to reach into people's hearts and make them think about the Lord and look to Him.
         Although it may seem like just "bait," and to a certain extent it is, it will be very effective "bait" that will lead people to the "hook," which of course is receiving the Lord and having a hunger to be fed from His Word. So getting this booklet out is just a first step in leading these folks to the Lord and following up on them. And once people buy this Christmas booklet, you can go back to them later with the other booklets that are coming out soon--which are also terrific--and sell them those as well! The other ones are more for adults, but once the adults like the Christmas booklet, they'll be interested in something for themselves too!          So it's a great project, and I'm so happy that you all have been listening to the Lord's voice and heeding His instruction and following Him in the making of this booklet. Dear Family, I want to encourage you to get it out! Get it out! Get out as many as you can, because it's a message and a tool that will go a long way. I realize that these are a little more expensive for you to purchase, and maybe the profit margin isn't going to be as great as with some of our other tools. But on the other hand, the Lord can inspire you with some ways of getting these out that will be very profitable, both spiritually and financially!
         But whatever you do, don't just look at the money. Remember, the reason we're here is to get the message out, to win people to the Lord, and to give them an opportunity to feel His love and to know about His gift of salvation. So don't have your eyes on the dollar bill. Of course, they that preach the Gospel shall live of the Gospel. You do have to raise funds to survive so that you can keep preaching the Gospel, but that shouldn't be your primary motive.
         I think you're going to love this booklet, because it's something new, different and exciting! It's beautiful! The Lord really inspired dear Eman and Tamar with the artwork. Isn't it great to be able to put something out in full color like this, so that it really gets people's attention and adds life to the stories? I think people are going to love it! Even in countries where they don't go for Christmas stories so much, or they celebrate it a little differently, I think people are still going to enjoy these stories, and most importantly, they're going to get fed from them.
         So keep sowing the seed, keep preaching the Gospel, and keep giving out the message by whatever means you can! This Christmas, along with our other tools, I'd like to personally encourage you to get out this booklet, because it's a good witness. It's also something that your kids can have a real fun time distributing to other kids, because the stories are mainly for kids! Of course, they can be enjoyed by all ages, and you can even sell them to people who don't have kids, but who might want to read them themselves, or who have grandchildren, nephews or nieces--everyone's got a young relative who would enjoy these stories. So get'm out! Explode with the message, not only in this storybook but in all our tools! Let's make this Christmas our best yet! God bless you! You're a Family to be proud of! I love you!          Because this is a new product and different from our other tools, in order to "kick it off," WS will be helping to sponsor copies of this first booklet for your distribution! Here's the good news: For every 100 copies of A Christmas to Remember that you order, you will get an additional 15 for free, and for every 200 copies you order, you get an additional 50 for free! Second, WS will advance to the SCs the amount needed to print the booklets, which means that you will be able to order them in advance without payment, and then pay the seed corn for your order after the Christmas season is over. We hope this will make it easier for you to order the booklet, and encourage you to "shoot for the stars" in distributing it! Your SC should be sending you a survey or order form shortly, which you can fill out and return to help them determine how many copies of this booklet to print for the Christmas outreach. Thank you.
         The booklet you are receiving has five stories in it, but in some countries, the final version will only have four stories, in order to keep the seed corn costs as low as possible. This will depend on the format (page size) commonly used by printers (it's cheaper to print using a standard size), the length of the booklet (some areas may be able to print a 36-page version for not much more than 32 pages), and the length in your local language (in some languages the text will be much longer than in English, so there will only be room for four stories). By the way, the local language translation teams are already working on the production of this booklet, and in most areas it should also be available in the local language in plenty of time for the Christmas season, DV!
         In promoting this new booklet, we're by no means belittling our other wonderful Christmas tools--the posters, tapes/CDs, videos, etc.! But we believe that this booklet will nicely supplement our other products, and provide you with yet another way to get out the Glad Tidings, as well as help generate income for your Home.
