One Set of Kids' Pubs and Hope TKs per Family

         We pray that the increased flow of FC pubs over the past months has been a blessing to all of you parents, teachers and children. Lord willing, you will continue to receive a steady flow of MLKs and other pubs to feed our children the fresh New Wine from the Lord in illustrated form--as well as the Hope TKs for our young people!
         We've received a few suggestions that perhaps the most effective way to ensure that the children's pubs are well distributed and made available to all would be for each family with children age 15 or younger to receive a copy of all kids' pubs and Hope TKs. Until now we have been sending out kids' pubs OP2K or OP3K [one copy for every 2 or 3 children in a Home]. However, since most of our Homes nowadays are small and parents are generally tuning in more personally to their kids' schooling and training, there seem to be some major benefits to sending these pubs out on a per family basis. The main advantage is that every family--whether large or small--would be assured of getting a copy of each kids' pub and Hope TK as it comes out, and can build up a "family pub library" that they can take with them whenever they change Homes.
         Another advantage of this change is that this will make it possible for the NPCs, whose printing and postage costs have been increasing substantially due to the larger number of children's pubs now being produced, to stay afloat financially and thus be better able to serve you!
         So your NPC will start sending all pubs for kids, as well as the Hope TKs, at the rate of OPF--one per family in each Home. Hope TKs will be sent out OPH as well--one per Home--so there will be an extra copy for the senior teens, YAs and adults, since this is a pub that both young and old can benefit from! For those who would like to receive more than one set of each kids' pub for your personal family, your Continental Office will arrange for you to be able to order extra sets, via your TRF, for a fixed monthly fee per set to cover the extra costs. (Details and prices will be announced by your Continental Office.) Of course, you also have the option of photocopying these pubs yourselves; but ordering them for a small surcharge might be more convenient for you.
         Any Homes without children under 16 will receive one copy (OPH) of each kids' pub, to ensure that every Home has at least one copy of all our pubs.
         In some cases, a family might receive copies of kids' pubs even though they only have a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old, for instance, who don't need copies of the MLKs and other pubs for younger children. In this case, that family may want to give their copies to a larger family who could use the extra copies. Likewise, a couple with only one baby may not need their copies of the Hope TKs and other material for JETTs and teens, so they could either store it for when their child grows up, or give their copies to a larger family which could make better use of them.
         We realize that in some cases one per family favors smaller families over larger ones. However, we believe it should even out, as the smaller families who don't have kids in a certain age range could share with those who do. The main point is that each family will have the opportunity to compile their own full set of these pubs to ensure they always have what they need when moving to a new Home.
