         (Dad:) When you feel overwhelmed with the problems, when they loom before you and seem hopeless and invincible, when everything about you is nothing but problems and you feel like you might as well quit, you need to remember that that's the Enemy! You've got to take your eyes off the problems and fix them on the Lord and His Word and His promises. Remind yourself constantly, and remind those round about you, that the Lord has the solutions and He knows and He cares and He loves!
         Those problems are His problems. You don't have to carry them. They're not your responsibility. They're the Lord's responsibility, and He is able to bring the solutions and solve the problems. He knows what's going on.
         Look to God's good guarantees and remind yourself continually that He has never failed us. In spite of our problems we have continued making progress, winning the world, getting out the Word, winning new disciples, and training our children. He has done it and He is going to continue to do it, because He's the One Who's in control, He's the One Who has the solutions, He's the One Who understands the problems best, and He's the One Who's going to bring the victory!
