         My people carry great burdens these days, but some of these burdens I lay on their shoulders to strengthen them. They are burdens of responsibilities, burdens of choices, burdens of decisions. You [their shepherds] must not take these burdens from their shoulders, but teach them how to carry them, teach them how to seek Me, teach them to find Me for the grace and the strength for every burden. Do not take those burdens upon your shoulders, for in doing so you take those burdens from off the shoulders where I wish for them to be, and you put them on your shoulders where they are not meant to be (ML #3071).
