         Lie still, My child. Lie back and rest awhile, for this is what I ask of you. I ask that you put aside other things, other activities, other work in the wings and other hubbub, and that you lie down and rest for a moment. Take time to be still. Take time to be holy--wholly Mine.
         Observe moments of silence and communion with Me. Let Me commune with you and speak to you through My Words, through times of quiet reading, meditating, absorbing My seeds. I wish to count on My time daily with you. I wish to rest assured that it will not be overlooked, that it will not be forgotten, that it will not be crowded out by the myriad of details and pressing work which you have always at hand.
         Choose Me first. Choose My love above others, and love Me with all others. For in all things there is the avenue of loving Me that I have made always available unto you. I wish for you to retain Me in your thoughts at every moment, talking with Me throughout the day, keeping Me abreast of what is happening in your life, in your heart, and in your mind. I am your best Friend, and the time you must spend with Me supersedes and overrides the time you spend with others.
         I wish to give you all things, but nothing can be built upon any other foundation than that which is Christ Jesus. During this time, My sweet child, you have more need of Me, a greater need of Me. I have created the vacuum in your heart to be stronger, the void to be greater. If you do not fill the vacuum and the void with My love and My satisfaction and desire, you will be spent and left dry. For your heart and your soul pant for Me; your spirit cries out for Me. You must take the time, set it aside, fill the void, satisfy the vacuum, quench the thirst. I am the Great Satisfier.
