         (Dad:) The Lord really wants to help you young couples and newlyweds, and those of you who have run into a few rough spots in your marriage. Maybe you've become familiar in your relationship, or you're having second thoughts. He wants to give you the gift of renewing your first love with Him, and renewing your marriages by loving Him together with your mate. He wants to rekindle your love for each other, so that you'll have new faith in each other to build each other up, to encourage each other, to look at each other in a new way, with a fresh start, with a new heart of love.
         (Dad crying.) Oh, won't you open your hearts to each other and receive this wedding gift from Him to renew your love with each other, and with Him? He wants to heal your marriages, your hurts, and your hearts. So come together in the bed of love. Make love to Him and to each other, forgiving each other, as He has forgiven you. As you start this new love relationship with the Lord, start it with each other. For love suffers long and is forgiving. Love sees the best in each other. Love forgets the past. Love never gives up. Love keeps trying. Love can never be quenched.
         (Jesus speaking:) I give you the gift of saying kind things to each other; the gift of doing little things, of showing appreciation; the gift of seeing each other not as you are, but as what I will make you; the gift of being able to bring out the best in each other. These I set before you. These are gifts that I give to you today, that you may take them and give them to each other as presents, to make you happy in your marriage and in your service for Me.
         (Dad:) So kids, enjoy your gifts, your presents. I pray you like them! Loving Jesus will do wonders for your relationship with the Lord and with your mates and with your co-workers, as you learn to live and love together in greater unity, harmony and humility.
         So if you've been having problems with your marriage, why not give it another chance, okay? Don't give up too soon, all right? With God all things are possible, and with Him nothing shall be impossible. That's what all these new presents and gifts are for--to help you in these areas. So give it a go, okay?
