         (Dad:) Hi there! This is Grandpa, and I wanted to tell you that I love you! I wanted to encourage you and tell you how proud of you I am!
         I know you feel like you've lost so much time with your dad, because you've missed him as you've grown up all these years. But you can be comforted to know that up Here there is no time, and once you get Here, and once you two are reunited, you'll have so much time and opportunity to catch up! You'll see that you won't have missed a thing. You will have suffered no loss, you'll have only gained.
         Plus, Honey, it's made you into such a beautiful little angel. I don't mean an angel in that you're perfect, but I mean an angel in that you have a heart of love. You've been touched with a little bit of sorrow, a bit of heartbreak, not having your daddy and feeling that he's not around. You've missed growing up having him there and living with him and being close to him, as you'd like. But, Sweetie, don't you see that's made you into what you are today? That's not the only thing, but that's one thing, and I know it's played a big part in your life and it's been on your mind quite a bit.
         But you can know and be happy that the Lord is real pleased with the way you're turning out, and His plan is being perfected and worked in your life and in your heart. He wants you to have a heart full of love and compassion, so that you will look upon the needs of others and want to help fill their needs and satisfy their longings and lift them up, to give them cheer and joy and happiness in place of your own.--Like an angel, see?--Always helping others. That's what Jesus wants, Honey.
         So hang in there! When He's done working in your life, you're going to be just beautiful, and you'll shine upon others with His love.
